Digital Products Return and Refund Policy

All products sold by Tobas Publishing are digital downloads. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided.

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following circumstances:

• The file is defective, corrupted, incomplete or cannot be opened.
• The customer received the wrong digital product.
• The customer was charged more than once for the same purchase.
• A refund is required under applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem, please contact us within seven days of purchase at lshinaba@tobasstrategicgroup.com. Include your name, order number and a brief description of the issue. We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps before issuing a replacement file or refund.

Refunds are not normally provided for:

• A change of mind after digital access has been supplied.
• Failure to read the product description or technical requirements before purchasing.
• Accidental purchases after the file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
• Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference when the product was delivered as described.
• Inability to use the file because of unsupported software or devices where the PDF requirements were clearly stated.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Digital products purchased from Tobas Publishing are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use only. Files may not be copied, resold, uploaded, redistributed or shared with others except where expressly permitted in writing.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
