Digital Delivery Policy

Tobas Publishing currently sells digital products only. No physical product will be shipped, and no shipping charge should apply.

After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased PDF through the order confirmation or order-status page. A separate email containing the download link is also sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Digital delivery is normally available shortly after payment. Access may be delayed if a payment requires additional review, the email address entered at checkout is incorrect or a temporary technical issue occurs.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address during checkout.
• Using a device and software capable of opening PDF files.
• Downloading and securely saving their purchased files.
• Keeping download links private and not sharing or redistributing purchased materials.

If you do not receive your download email, first check your spam, junk or promotions folder. You may also return to your Shopify order-status page to access the file.

For assistance, contact lshinaba@tobasstrategicgroup.com and include your full name and order number. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement link where the purchase can be verified.
